| FITNESS TRAINING: TYPES OF TRAINING
We provide training in two different ways: One-on-one: Have a trainer create a specific exercise program to fit your needs and directed to your personal goals. Small group training: An opportunity for anyone intersted in personal training to practice in a group setting using the Keiser Performance Trainers. Each session has a focus such as core training, balance and agility, muscular endurance or strength. Based on individual finess levels there are three classes to choose from:
