| FITNESS TRAINING: TYPES OF TRAINING
We provide training in two different ways: One-on-one: Have a trainer create a specific exercise program to fit your needs and directed to your personal goals. Small group training: Train in a small group of 4-6 people working on balance, agility, muscle strength, core stability and flexibility. The training incorporates the Keiser performance equipment, physio balls, rollers, bozu balls and many other pieces of apparatus.
