FITNESS TRAINING: TYPES OF TRAINING

We provide training in two different ways: 

One-on-one: Have a trainer create a specific exercise program to fit your needs and directed to your personal goals.

Small group training: An opportunity for anyone intersted in personal training to practice in a group setting using the Keiser Performance Trainers. Each session has a focus such as core training, balance and agility, muscular endurance or strength. Based on individual finess levels there are three classes to choose from:

  • JumpStart is designed for beginners.
  • Strength Xceleration is designed for intermediate fitness levels.
  • PowerFit is for advance fitness enthusiasts.

The training incorporates the Keiser performance equipment, physio balls, rollers, bozu balls and many other pieces of apparatus. Small group training is fun and more affordable than one-on-one training. Try a free session today!
