Our Personal Trainers are well educated, experienced professionals who work with clients of all abilities - from the beginner to the elite athlete; young or old; healthy or those dealing with injury or illness. We require our trainers to hold a certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the leader in multidimentional fitness training.

Small group fitness training:
Small group training (SGT) is a great alternative to personal training with 6 students maximum and is an 8 week session with one trainer. It is an affordable alternative to individual personal training and it is fun working in a small group. SGT is inspired By National Academy of Sport medicine. The class addresses different forms of training including flexibility, core, balance, reactive and resistance training. Small group fitness training is an innovative and challenging workout using our Keiser performance training equipment and other apparatus. SGT is for beginner to advanced fitness levels. Choose a level that would work best for you.
Level 1: Stabilization
The main focus is to develop neuromuscular efficiency by increasing stabilization strength and develop optimal communication between the nervous system and muscular system

Level 2 and Level 3: Strength
The main focus is to enhance stabilization strength and endurance while increasing prime mover strength.
